1Luphisra plays Murders on the Yangtze River for the very first time. The game takes place in early 20th century China. Detective John Shen stumbles upon a newly published detective novel that depicted a murder scene that is very identical to his brother's death from three years ago. The details of the case is not known to many hence John is convinced the author who published the novel is somehow involved in his brother's death. John returns to China to try and uncover the truth only to stumble upon a series of intriguing cases that he has to solve.
