This is Mushihimesama, made by Cave in 2004, Futari is the sequel of this.
This game was ported for the PlayStation 2 by Taito, and recently it also got a port for iOS devices this year, so that's cool I have to admit.

There's actually not so many playthroughs of this game in Ultra Mode on YouTube, so why not doing one?

This video shows up the first 2 stages, later parts will show the rest of the game. (NOTE: I've TAS'd during the whole playthrough. I was playing the game on a really crappy laptop while I was recording it, which heavily slowed down the game and made it easier for me to avoid most enemy bullets. Long story short, I've cheated.)
