The version in this video starts with a non-comboing launch but the way you'd get the bounces going in a real game is by landing a charged H as a crossup or perhaps an AA against something dumb. It is in fact possible to get the bounce loops going from a ground chain too. Also you obviously don't need to team super or do the unsafe move at the end.
My main B&B with Ammy genuinely was a variation of this (back when people thought the sword sucked, no less), except it had more bounces and worked out in the open. What's nice about this is, aside from the psychological impact it has on your opponent, the relatively low number of large, damaging hits scales your super very gently, resulting in 1 bar doing around 900k damage if my memory serves. With some practice this is actually doable online with some consistency too.
