May not be practical at all, but it's stylish, and doesn't rely on anything but pure, old-fashioned, ass-kickery!

Note: Does 1.104m damage. Will not 100% She-Hulk, Tron, Hulk, Haggar, Thor, Sentinel. Also, doesn't work on a lot of characters (the jump L whiffs). There are variations that work on a larger portion of the cast, and certain versions will actually do slightly more damage! Read below!
A more practical version omits the j.L.M-H... (this is for style anyway).
On the ground, use this sequence instead: M,c.H,f+H xx RDP+L, L,M,H,f+H xx RDP+L, DP+M xx ShinSho...
The reason you replace the stand H with c.H in the first sequence is to get the player off the ground and higher into the air... so that when you hit with the second Donkey Kick, they are high enough for the 3-frame DP to hit!
If you switch to the c.H variation, the combo will do 1.101m. If you do it against a character that does not need the c.H (but you still need the L,M,H,f+H sequence), it will do 1.107m damage. Not too shabby!
