4Sub 7:30 might be possible with faster Soap RNG.
Couple things:
- Shooting Soap at 2:44 skips his dialogue with Price and allows you to run straight out of the next door safely and Soap will follow you. I believe Soap can teleport here if you don't wait for him to take cover at the windows before you exit the building (if you're too fast he will run to a trigger at the second door and then teleport back to taking cover at the windows losing couple seconds).
- 3:54 You can sprint out as soon as you've killed the two guys. At the alley fence you want to wait until you hear Soap say "sharpish" before vaulting over, this will teleport Soap closer to the alley. Don't move forwards before Soap has killed that one guy in front of you.
- 5:10 Standing at the wooden door can block Soap from moving forwards so don't go there before you can see Soap moving from behind the crates. When Soap moves you can then stand at the wooden door to block him from taking cover there so he'll run straight to the gate which can save time if he is really fast.
