The Masterkey shotgun has been buffed. For some reason it is treated as a proper weapon in the game's code. This means that perks and proficiencies now affect weapon behavior. Most notably Scavenger works so you can refill up to 28 rounds and the Range proficiency works! This vastly increases the effectiveness of the weapon by adding 25% range! Aside from this even though the stats are the same, it feels stronger than before. Not sure why.
