They're old rules, but does re-vamping and re-posting them now mean they'll start enforcing it? We can only hope this type of thing doesn't carry over to other developers. Limitations can only hinder the growth of the community.

*UPDATE*
Frank O'Connor released a statement a few hours after this new rule set circulated the Twitterverse stating that legalities aren't changing, they're trying to protect themselves from large companies. As for now, we should be good, these rules are there as a safety net.
