Scan Doubler: Mcbazel ODV-GBS-C Component VGA/Scart to VGA/HDMI Scan Converter

The "Fortuna MOD" was used with 2 versions of OpenPS2Loader:
- the 1st OPL used is a fork compatible with Popstarter (Onboard PS1 Emulator)
- the 2nd OPL is the latest release that will allow you to load games from MicroSD (MX4SIO) and from Exfat partitions (no 4GB file limit)
