Disclaimers:
1) my Xiangling is built like ass because I don't enjoy playing her: I'm really looking forward to pyro Xingqiu/Yelan
2) Nahida's build is based around the fact that in her "normal" teams there's someone with 1k+ EM, meaning that her own Em goes above 1k as well. In this team she doesn't perform as well as she usually does.
3) I could actually push Noelle's damage a bit more, but it comes at the cost of some ER. Since she already hits like a truck, I'm willing to drop an extra 5% dmg in favor of ER.
4) Nahida's artifacts are fairly average, but I've only been farming that domain since the release of Sumeru, meaning that Raiden's pieces have way more resin invested in them.
5) The team synergy is....questionable, but it gives me joy
