42If you've been wondering where I've been, I have gained the common common of the common ailments that a man at any age can receive. An inguinal hernia. I was 2 weeks into my light workout routine to start getting back into shape. I lost 3 lbs during that time, going from 387 lbs. to 384 lbs so I was making great progress but not pushing myself. I knew by pushing hard this point set you up for injury. I guess this kind of injury can happen to any man at any time. It's not 'if', it's 'when'. I've been in bed for a while and I'll have to go in for surgery but that's how life goes. I'll be back soon and stronger than before.
