I had to take my camera back to Best Buy to have them fix the issue with the dented lens and the dirt behind the lens! This is why I spent the extra money to get the extended warranty! Every time I take it in I alway shy away because instead of giving me a new camera they offer to send it away and have it fixed, this time i bit the bullet and had them send it away! they said it would take 10 days or so to fix. we shall see what happens! I hope it works super awesome when I get it back or I will be mad!!!
