My first Bedini circuit + 60mm bifilar PC fan motor

4This is my first bedini circuit with 60mm bifilar PC fan motor. The video is heavily narated as normal for me... The problem i'm having is that the fan doesn't seem to spin very fast... The transister i'm using is a 2sc4242 "switchmode series NPN power transister" Rated upto 400 volts and 7 amps continueous / 14 amps peek I am not using any neons!
