5Explanation: In "Neighborhorde" mode, once you've gotten an S rank on every stage and an S rank with every character, you're given a tape cutter. In one of the rooms in the hotel in main gameplay, there's a dresser closed up with tape. Originally, there was no way to remove the tape, but with the tape cutter, we can finally remove it. Inside the dresser is a key. A key to a room in one of the hotels. The room in quesiton gives the messages "..." instead of "It's locked" when interacting with it, meaning that something special was definitely behind that door. Once you've got the key, entry is granted.
