An AC I thought out before making, my idea was to create a quad-leg AC capable of rushing in on opponents while mowing them down with a slug gun. And well, here's the final product, a quad named The Slugger. It uses my favorite Pixie3 mg with the rarely used Mist handgun & a lightweight shoulder-mounted slug gun. Due to it not having OP-INTENSIFY, it cannot use its slug gun on the fly but can still be deadly on ground. The lack of anti-missile defense on the core is offset by the inside decoy dispensers.

Through this build though, I can see why slug guns are highly underused. They are rather hard to keep a lock on with and also having a 2-shot magazine makes it hard to maintain consistent DPS. The heat stress from the slug gun only works on ACs who do not use OP-In and it also barely has any effect on mobile ACs. And in order for them to be effective the weapon must be used to in close quarters. The ammo count on them is also not very high. This is why slug guns aren't exactly viable to use in the game (prolly different case for PvP).
