Bad ballast can often make your fluorescent tube lights flicker and go dim,
Instead of buying a new fixture and having to take the old 1 down and worry about more holes in the ceiling try this !
T8 fluorescent bulbs that burn out and retrofitting and converting to LED was the best thing I have done. It was easy and the LED light is awesome !
