Alright, I got no clue what I am doing correct to still get better scores - I probably just became a bit faster at the cost of careful and sensible placement of my tetriminoes.
My stacking is also way more risky and I generally seem to maintain my stack less cleanly than I did prior to my recent break.
This might explain why I am being crushed in tetr.io recently and dropped back to A+...
That being said, I shall try my best to improve at playing Tetris, since - let's face facts - I got nothing better to do with my life at the moment because reallife is a big bully.
