0As the title says; This was my response to YouTube when they terminated my previous account due to copyright claims which were proven to be false.
I do not own the audio and video, both of which have been used under the FAIR USE Act.
Note: The FAIR USE Act is obviously something which YouTube/CorporateTube/Google is too stupid to honor, and by not honoring the FAIR USE Act, they are breaking the law.
