Being a computer nerd/musician/animator person, I am too lazy to do proper workout routines, so I just put together a bunch of random stuff in an hour or so a few times a week. Mix between martial arts I know, yoga, plyometrics, mostly just bodyweight exercise. It's a bit different every time, and a few folks asked about my "fitness" regimen, so yeah.. something like this :P
