Say hello to Donna, Executive Director of the Bicycle Collective, a Utah nonprofit whose mission is to promote cycling as an effective, sustainable, and affordable form of transportation and recreation, and as a cornerstone of a cleaner, healthier, and safer society. Donna has a long history of serving our community and nation, as a West Point Graduate and former U.S. Army Officer, 2014 candidate for U.S. House to represent the 1st Congressional District in Utah, and current leader in the nonprofit sector. Through her work at the Bicycle Collective, Donna connects with those in our community in need of the organization’s programs and helps them achieve self-sustainability with her Subaru Ascent and Thule bike rack. She delivers bikes to newly-arrived refugees so they can get to work, service centers, and aid in their daily commuting needs; she delivers bikes to kids and families who cannot afford them; she delivers smiles and the goodwill of the Bicycle Collective.
