My Thoughts On Call of the Sea
When most people think of Lovecraftian games, they usually tend to think of Lovecraftian themed horror games or games with cosmic or psychological horror elements in them. But Out of the Blue's Call of the Sea is an exception. What the Spanish developer decided to do was to tell a wholesome love story in Lovecraftian setting while adopting certain elements from the film, The Shape of Water. But does it work? Does Call of the Sea please a Cthulhu mythos fan like me? Or does it work better as its own thing?
My name is Siperos and these are my thoughts on Call of the Sea!
