OK, I have emerged from my cave and seen some of the discourse surrounding DD2. I don't see it everyone, a lot of people are upset that the game has DLC/Microtransactions and the FPS isn't as high as some people wanted... I'm sorry, but I just don't get the hate, the game has been very consistent as far as FPS is concerned. I think it's an issue of unrealistic standards, maybe I'm just too biased.
Regarding the Microtransactions, I'll put it this way, after playing for 15 hours I didn't even know it had them. From what I've seen, unless you got to an option on the main menu that says Playstation Store you aren't shown anything about them in-game, or at least no way that is noticable. It just screams Old Man Yells At Clouds type energy to me, if you want there to be problems you will find them.
