My Thoughts on Gears Tactics (Review/Post-Campaign Impressions)
0Having finished the campaign of Gears Tactics and some of the post campaign missions of Gears Tactics, I figured I'd share my thoughts on the game, including some gripes and problems I have with the game.
My biggest hang-up is probably how the game doesn't encourage freely customising your characters and getting attached to them, which was something I liked a lot in other similar games such as XCOM.
The video is divided into 3 points, the first is where I talk about campaign mission structure and the concept of hero characters, the second is my big hang-up with the customisation aspect and concept of getting attached to your soldiers, and the final point is about the gameplay and difficulty of the game.
Anyway, this is probably more of a rant than a proper review, so do be warned.
