My Top 10 Games so far HQ (with original gameplay)
These are my top favorite games of all time so far. This is one of my first edited videos, so advice on improvements would be appreciated. Comment on your favorite games, rate 5 stars, and subscribe.
Explanations:
10. Project Snowblind-The possibilities. This game just packs a bunch of weapons in and lets you play the way you want to
9. Star Wars Battlefront 2-This game always plays out differently. It's like the Battlefield games, but with a Star Wars setting...it works
8. Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater-The story was gripping and the gameplay was well done, never feeling boring or repetitive
7. Assassin's Creed-This game brought a lot of new things to the table. Hiding in crowds, climbing up buildings and running on rooftops, and diving off of towers 10 stories high into a little bit of hay while coming out unscathed was so unique it's easy to see why this game was received so well
6. Delta Force Black Hawk Down-I can't quite put my finger on why I love this game so much, but the death animations for enemies stand out amongst other shooters, the story mode levels were fun, and the multiplayer mode can be customized until you're happy
5. Killzone-The Offline Battlefield mode added so much replay value to this game it was awesome. You could customize a lot and play it with a friend using the splitscreen feature. This game was fun in an easy to get into kind of way. The weapons are fun to use and the secondary fire mode was a favorite feature among many who played it. Some parts of the graphics were very well done, for instance, the explosives gave off beautiful smoke effects and on the receiving end, the hard shaking effect made you really feel it.
4. Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2-I personally enjoy this game a lot for it's somewhat "tactical" gameplay. It's not perfect, but if the next installment can improve a few key aspects such as the graphics(multiplayer mostly), maps, random damage, AI, and THE SPLITSCREEN MODE, this series can really become a highly regarded franchise once more
3. Final Fantasy Tactics-I don't typically play rpgs, but this game is awesome. The story mode is exciting and full of twists while the gameplay is unique and keeps you happy as you level up your character enough to fight Velius and other guys, but Velius is the main obstacle...Aries FTW
2. Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots-This MGS game tied up the storyline and did it pretty well. Snake's final mission will stay in your mind your mind for years to come. Filled with the stealth you've come to know and love and the action that you can't live without, MGS4 is a masterpiece
1. Killzone 2-The atmosphere. The feel. The game feels more real than anything else I've ever played. When you shoot something it reacts, whether it's a small reaction like a hot bullet hole, an enemy falling back in pain, or some kind of destruction. The bullets feel like they have some power to them, like it would seriously hurt to get hit by one. Smoke flows beautifully throughout the environment. Everything pulls you into the world. If you play the game offline with elite bots and no hud, it becomes a tactical shooter where thinking is the key to survival and victory. One of my only complaints about this near-perfect game, is that there is not a lot of customization offline and there's no splitscreen mode :( However this game is, in my eyes, a MUST OWN for PS3 shooter fans.
