Pilots and pilot squads are now an important feature in game so here is a video showing the 5 squads that I think are the best. Bear in mind this is just my own opinion though based on which ones I use

My playing style is very much an item farming strategy with very little PVP so the squads I use reflect that. I spend a lot of time in mini boss mode farming crystals there, and in endless for ship exp
