The horror genre is fantastic. And what's more fantastic than that is the indie horror scene. Here's my top 5 games announced, or due to be released, in 2016 that I'm looking forward to.

UPDATE as of Monday August 1st, 2016: Developer Red Barrels has announced Outlast II has been delayed until the 1st quarter of 2017.

UPDATE 2 as of Friday August 19th, 2016: Developer Blueprint Games has announced Relapse is likely to be released in 2017, however no confirmed date has yet been released.
