My uploading video problem - ridiculous number of uploading time

I am telling you about a problem, that makes me wait even 10x longer to have my video uploaded on YouTube. I don't know if it was caused by my router or a new YouTube system. While uploading this video I have to wait one fucking hour even though this video is 4 minutes long and has no sound. (I forgot to delete the empty 2 minutes in this video). It happens in all computers in my house. If I uploaded my video several months ago, I would wait only 3-5 minutes. I tested my connection speed and my upload speed is 0,01 Mbps. I even tried several methods to increase my network speed, but it did not help me at all.
