This fourth instalment of the Myst series is set some 10 years after the events of Myst III: Exile. Atrus and Catherine have continued life in Tomahna, helping their fellow D'ni make a new life on Releeshahn, and teaching their daughter Yeesha about her background. It also becomes apparent shortly after arriving in Tomahna that when Atrus destroyed the prison Books inhabited by Sirrus and Achernar at the end of Myst that their sons were not killed in the process...

At the end of the previous episode, I made my way through Tomahna and finished up inside the Linking Chamber that Atrus constructed to protect the Red and Blue Books to Spire and Haven respectively. In this episode, I journey to Spire to investigate if Sirrus is worthy of release.
