Last week we unboxed the Myth Labs Eclipse; which are a pair of headphones from a newcomer to the personal audio market. The Eclipse are designed to be passive noise canceling headphones, giving you the user to enjoy you music with the utmost peace and tranquility. The headphones are designed to be comfortable with its soft leather ear pads that provide solid comfort to your ears, shield you from outside interference to your music. To Mythbands that are created to be interchangeable with its unique locking system that keeps your Eclipse speakers locked a geared for your listening pleasure. The headphones do feel very comfortable and listen to music for hours is quite good with the Myth Labs Eclispe. Now you are all wondering how do they sound? That is the big question here.
For a new comer into the audio/headphone space, the Myth Labs Eclispe does an outstanding job in the audio department. First off the passive noise canceling works very well; seriously you can't hear any external sounds. Which is just great. The audio levels of the headphones are amazing with rich bass, solid mids and very good highs. Genre after genre sounded great and personalized using the Myth Labs Eclipse. There was however some sound leakage, noting to worry about, but had to be mentioned. Something I am sure Myth Labs can fine tune and the keep making more products. the other cool aspect of Myth Labs headphones is the complimentary app that is available on iOS and Android app store, that has a burn in feature ( yes the first audio company that actively helps the causal consumer to do the right thing, burn in their headphones). Myth Labs has done a great job in leveraging their expertise in create an entry market product that does not disappoint. Priced at $249 the Myth Labs Eclispe to state that worth and give you a listen experince you wll full enjoy.
