Mythic Legions: Advent of Decay Gwendolynne Heavensbrand Review from Four Horsemen Studios
We have Gwendolynne Heavensbrand up for today's #mythiclegions review!
Completely gold, with a splash of silver and pink, this amazing figure has tons of detail in the sculpting and paint! This #actionfigure is packed with accessories too! The alternate head brings tons of value to this figure, and all of her accessories make this figure a must have for any mythic legion collection
One of my favorite features is the articulation in the helmet. Lowering and raising it pretty much makes it feel as if we had a extra head sculpt, as both positions make the helmet look like different styles.
At first i thought the gold paint would be a little too much of an eyesore, or at the very least "unknightly" but boy did it grow on me. A nice surprise is now the pink and silver stripes and details throughout the figure really fit the figure. You would think, "really pink on a female knight?" but it seriously looks good.
As for the accessories, we get two swords, an extra head, and a shield. While the sword and shield are 1.0 designs, they fit her well, can't go wrong on a shield and sword on a knight. As for the Zweihander, it really shows what Fourhorsemen studios are capable of. This two handed sword is thin, sharp, and has nice detail, 2.0 weapons are such a solid upgrade from 1.0 i wish 1.0 gear was retired!
Overall a great figure, definitely pick her up if you can, shes well worth it!
