Paper Mario is a JRPG developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo in 2000 in Japan and 2001 in the US for the Nintendo 64.

In Mario's second RPG outing, Bowser has stolen the mystical wish-granting Star Rod from Star Haven, in which he plans to use to make his evil wishes of domination and defeat of Mario come true. It's up to Mario to rescue the seven Star Spirits and put an end to Bowser's foul plans.

This playthrough is being done authentically on a Nintendo 64 w/ a Retro Fighters Brawler64 Wired Controller.
