Game description:
NAM is based on battles fought in the Vietnam War. There are six scenarios to choose from to start the game. Each scenario ranges from 15-25 turns of game play with eleven phases for each game turn. At the end of each turn, victory points are determined on both sides for units killed. At the end of the turns for that scenario all victory points are figured to determine how decisive the battle was.
What I think:
Quite fun and one of the easier SSI games (if not THE easiest).
Strategy games beginners should certainly take a look, however I think strategy games experts will find it too easy.
