I actually really like this game. Not even as a game, really, more as an experience. I'm not claiming it's some misunderstood masterpiece, because playing it REALLY isn't fun. At ALL. But the creators went above and beyond trying to make it as authentic as possible. Every levels has multiple great setpieces. And even if you don't enjoy it, you can still appreciate it for what it is.
To me, it really seems like this game was designed for co-op. All the hard-to-see traps, the airstrikes, i think it would be way more logical if death was inconsequential, and you could just respawn. Gotta give it a try sometime.

And yes, this game has secrets. About two in this episode.
