Once you've started the Nascent Dawn Quest you'll follow directions from Ana. After completing public events you'll be earning resonate stem's which will be used to form an Override Frequency. The frequency will give a hint at where the diamond shape object is located to be opened to give a memory which will then be given to Ana for the next step.

~Edit~ On Week 2 after speaking with Ana the quest continues to 2/5 and we are required to get 25 javelin kills.
