connect to “My Park” mode and other online modes for NBA 2K16. If that’s
the case, you should try the following troubleshooting steps:

First thing you should check whether 2K servers are online or not. You can
check the service status from https://www.nba2k.com/status

If everything is normal and you are behind a router, make sure
that you have following ports opened:

TCP 80, UDP 88, UDP 3074, TCP 3074, UDP 53, TCP 53, UDP 3064, TCP 1795,
TCP 1745, UDP 1795, UDP 1745

For console users, try changing your NAT settings to open as it can
improve your connection stability.
