*EXTRA DISCLAIMER*
If you try this, and it works, there is a 50% chance that it will not work again. Thus, there is no guarantee that you will be able to switch back or to another park using the same way, because there is a chance that the "Welcome to 2k16" screen won't pop up after successfully doing the glitch once or twice. So, ONLY do this glitch if you have the intention of staying in the new park.

FULL INSTRUCTIONS
1) If you are currently playing NBA 2k16, hit the Xbox Home button, press start on the game app, and go down and press quit, so you COMPLETELY quit the game. (To be sure that you're not still playing NBA 2k16, start up another game like Madden, COD, etc., and then quit out of that game as well)

2) Log out of every account you are currently logged in on.

3) Create a brand new Xbox Live account. (Make sure the year of birth you put down is at least in the 1980s as a precaution)

*IMPORTANT* The dummy account cannot be ANY account that you have played ANY NBA 2K game on. This includes ANY of the previous 2K basketball games, and ANY other game published by 2K.

4) After creating the new account, start up the game while logged in to the brand new account ONLY. When you start the game, you SHOULD see the "Welcome to 2k16" screen.*

*IMPORTANT* If you don't see the "Welcome to 2k16" screen, you have done something wrong, and will need to HARD RESET your Xbox and try the glitch again, with a new dummy account.

5) Fill out the required information to proceed pass the "Welcome to 2k16" screen. Putting any random shit is fine, just make sure the year of birth that you put down is at least in the 1980s as a precaution.

6) After proceeding pass the "Welcome to 2k16" screen, you will be directed to the "Create a MyPlayer" screen. The only thing that you do in this screen is change your player's name. Anything is fine.

7) Press the B button until the "Done Customizing?" screen pop up.

8) DO NOT press Accept changes, and DO NOT press Abort changes. DO NOT press Cancel. Leave this screen up.

9) On your controller, press the Home button.

10) Log out of the new account that you just created, and log in to the account that you want to switch Parks on.

11) Go back in the game, and the same "Done Customizing?" screen will still be up. This is when you select Abort changes.

12) After being directed to the main menu, a new screen will pop up, saying, "New sign-in has occurred..." This will send you back to the NBA 2k16 title screen, and then back to the main menu.

13) When you get back to the main menu, DO NOT go to MyCareer. Go to MyPark and you will then see the option to pick the park you want to go to.

14) Pick whatever park you want to represent, and then you will load up into that park without losing your rep.
