Rook Blonko arrived for racing through the Driver Division of "Outlanders" tournament.

The "Proto-TRUK" that Rook used for cruising & patrolling in Bellwood has "Max's Plumbers", which the Plumbers are intergalactic police forces in "Ben 10" series, so it's no good to let him use that kind of vehicle for the racing tournament. I decide to give Rook with Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution because it fits his style.
