After Ronin kidnapped Kelly & provoked Hiroshi & others, Ryo decides to contact Yamamoto for notify him since Ryo didn't think he & Yamamoto would ever speak again. Yamamoto assures Ryo that his debt to him is paid as his asset is after him, so he sent both Kuro & Shiro to take care of their problem. Ryo suggests him to not involve his clan in this situation because things are different in Blackridge, but Yamamoto insists they'll deal with this by any means necessary, not from where he standing.

Meanwhile, Ronin manages to escape from Kuro, Shiro & the BRPD chasing him. He stops his car & opens the trunk, only to see Kelly lunges at him while screaming before Ronin commands Kelly to keep quiet & telling her to either ride shotgun or back in the trunk.

After everything's settled, Ronin is telling to Kelly that Ryo is clearly doesn't care about her & he should has gone after his brother first, but Kelly says Ryo never leave his friends & Hiroshi in harm's way, and Ronin knows nothing about him. Ronin decides to tell her that he & Ryo used to be a friends, and look where it got him.

Kuro & Shiro found Ronin again as Kuro telling him to come back, so everything will go back to the way it was as ee adding that every hothead with the mantle of the Ronin works outside of their clan to get the job done, and he suggests to let it go as collateral damage was bound to happen, but Ronin refuses. He's saying it'll never the way it was as he knows that Yamamoto can make sure if he let Ryo go & he'll pay off his debt to me.

Upon Kelly hear this, she knows Ronin is in pain & betrayed, so she asks him what did Ryo do to him. Despite Ronin attempts to dismiss her questions because Kelly wouldn't understand as he doesn't want her to know him, but he decides to tell her about his incident.

Ronin says he, his sister & Ryo used to work for Yamamoto's clan back home as they were getaway drivers, "Ronin" was the title given to those who operated outside of his clan for getting missions done. He claims Ryo was the "Ronin" as he only knew him, and his sister trusted & worshipped him before she got killed, because Ryo used her to get away & Ronin had to pay the price with his life.

Kelly is shocked after she heard his story & saying the Ryo she know never do that, but she still doesn't believe him. Ronin suggests her to go ask him by herself & telling her to get out of his car, because his vendetta is not with her before he apologies for harming innocents with his cursed helmet.

After Kelly got out, Ronin has to escape & go under the radar from those cops as the "Most Wanted" list is the last thing he want to be. And he already planned to lure Ryo out & need to give him a taste of his own medicine.

That means Ronin will going after Hiroshi.
