Here we have the Need For Speed Unbound Frequent Flyer trophy guide where you need to Get 3 stars on all Long Jump activities

There are 45 Long Jumps you will need to achieve a 3 star distance on giving you a total of 135 stars to collect.
You can get a 4th star for beating a rival, however, you only need 3 stars for each of the 45 long jumps to count towards your trophy.

You will need a high-powered vehicle to make the distance, I chose the 488 GTB '15 which is a reward for collecting all 80 Street Art.

The Long Jumps aren't the easiest things to complete as you will usually have to do with a build up of traffic around the jumps you need to hit at fairly high speed to clear the distances required so take as many attempts as you need to working your way through each one.
