CPU bottlenecking and even at higher graphics settings, GPU would be held back by the CPU all the time, medium settings are the way to go, as higher settings put the load on the CPU as well, better lock your FPS to 30-40 in RTSS for a smooth experience, because, in some intensive places and races, you'll see FPS falling to 30.
