This is a video of me explaining that I messed up on what MPH the car should have for a top speed to get from 3 to 5 stars. It also explains that I should have gave the Corvette Carbon 5 stars in it's top speed.

Top speed rating :

3 Stars = 200-207 MPH
4 Stars = 208-214 MPH
5 Stars = 214 MPH - Up
