The sewers in the beginning of this map can be pretty annoying, there are many demons in a small place, including an alien and a predator. I always try to use the chainsaw for most parts in this map, except when there are strong, non-interruptable monsters. The only new things in this map are the "Lords of Hell" which are basically orange barons with wings, who can either hurl a single or 3 acid balls at you. There's also the minigun which is very strong too, maybe the best hitscan weapon in this game.
This map is the perfect transition from the "base" to the "city" levels.
