Made this in preparation for my No Threads run, Iris Cantus' barrier is the biggest hurdle to no damaging her. Her most difficult attack to dodge is when she summons her poison rain on the four corners of the battle arena, which gives your party members very little room to move around. They can potentially dodge into that rain, which can destroy a No Damage run, so you want to avoid her using that attack at all costs, which is why her barrier needs to be destroyed quickly.

I also meant to lower Fred's defense to his minimum, but I forgot to do that. That being said, I don't take any damage, so his defense stat (as well as the party's) is irrelevant.
