At the request of a good friend of mine, I present to you a video walkthrough / playthrough / runthrough / etc of the Crystalis for the NES.

If you really wanted to understand the story a bit more or get to know the characters, I suggest playing this yourself and taking the time to talk to everyone. You'll notice for the most part I try to avoid needless conversation and just get to the nitty gritty...

I hate grinding in my RPG videos, and I try to avoid it if possible, but this is a game where you pretty much have to since some bosses don't even get damaged if you aren't a certain level or higher. So you'll see me taking some time to level up here and there. As to whether or not these are the best spots for it, I dunno, but they worked for me obviously, so you just have to suffer....

Also, as far as EQ goes, I'm sure there's some better combinations for certain parts that would have made them a bit easier, but again, I think I did fine.
