NES Smash Bros. Hack Netplay on Wii U RetroArch - 2-Player Matches
What if Super Smash Bros. came out on NES? It... probably wouldn't look like this, because this is actually a Smash-themed hack of an unrelated game called Nekketsu Kakutou Densetsu. But eh, close enough. Playing online via Wii U RetroArch Netplay!

Some tips:
- Whoever hosts must set a static IP on the console and forward port 55435 on their router (TCP only, not UDP or TCP/UDP!). Find instructions for how to enable port forwarding on your router here: https://portforward.com/router.htm (ignore the ads). If you can't/don't want to forward your ports, you can also try using Retroarch's Relay Servers, but we didn't have great results with that.
- We also had to disable UPnP on the host's router, for some reason. No idea if that's always necessary but if you're having problems, give it a shot.
- It's recommended that both players set the same number of Input Latency Frames on Retroarch's Network menu. We went with three.
- Triple check that you're both using the EXACT SAME core and game file.
- For arcade games, stick to FB Alpha 2012. MAME produced an infernal screeching for us. For NES, go with Nestopia. For SNES, we got the best results with Snes9x (no year), but it was still laggy.
