13Off their 2010 album Aerabian. Neue Aera are a German jazz/rock/fusion group, the guitarist/songwriter was also in Grotesk and has a solo album called Muckefuck that is very funky and has some of the same musicians I believe.

This video seems to work like an optical illusion, if you stare at the center for a few minutes then look away it will give your vision a ripple/wave effect for a little bit, similarly to some other optical illusion pattern videos that distort your vision. I didn't make it like that on purpose it's just something I noticed watching it.
