This is the first DLC for Never Alone which includes new achievements/trophies.
I show where and how to get the owl collectibles and solve the puzzles.where Owls are found.

Nuna has returned for the first DLC of Never Alone. Along with her Fox friend, she now embarks on a new journey chasing after a mouse. Nuna And Fox travel across open seas, swim through the ruins of a sunken village and paddle up the Noatak River on a mission to rescue a new friend. You’ll need all your wits and the skills of both companions to survive the dangers of the swirling currents, fierce creatures and hidden underwater hazards of the Alaska coast. Only by working together can Nuna and Fox save their friend and defeat an unexpected foe. Along the way you will have platforming, puzzle solving and more of the great gameplay and storytelling Never Alone is known for.
Full Game Can Be Purchased for $14.99 and DLC can be purchased for $3.99 US for the Xbox marketplace

Overall nothing new as far as controls or gameplay, well worth your time and recommended easy 175 gamerscore.
There's a total of 4 new achievements in this DLC. 3 of those are story based and will naturally unlock as you progress through the DLC. The final achievement is for finding and viewing the 5 Cultural Insights.
Three Of these cultural insights are given automatically one at the start the other two for completing each of the 3 chapters. Only 2 cultural insights are in the form of owls. Both are in the first and last part of the first chapter.

To get this you must beat the DLC then load up the extras and watch the 5 cutscenes which can be skipped, after the final one Achievement.trophy unlocks
There's a total of 5 Cultural Insights throughout this new DLC. To unlock a new Cultural Insight, you must locate and grab the White small owl (it hoots when near)

Cultural Insight 1: The Coastal Brothers
Unlocked automatically.
Cultural Insight 2: Seasons of Life (5:07)
As you come to the 2nd spirit you need to move you wont be able to continue forward you will see the owl above you. Switch to fox and move the spirit to the top forcing the boat to move under the iceberg to the right knocking Nuna off then swim accross with nuna under the ice and switch to fox and move the spirit to the bottom. Then get in the boat row back to the iceberg and jump up and collect the owl. 1 of 3
Cultural Insight 3: Ice Story (14:33)
After some puzzles underwater. You will eventually get out of the water and climb up the platforms and moving icebergs you to jump on to get across (this is a timed set piece). Then you will make your way back across to the left and you should see the owl above you on the highest iceberg.. Now use the fox to wall climb/jump up the platform to reach it. This is a hard jump you need to time it from the right side and hold A to rapidly climb with fox. 2 of 3
Cultural Insight 4: The Provider (28:20)
Further on into the chapter, you'll come to an area with a few wooden platforms with the 3 spirits scattered about multiple platforms.You have to take the rocks from all three after you get the two on the left side, Now row your boat over to the far right, until you can jump on one of the last 2 lower platforms on the right and then you will see the owl on the top right side. use fox to climb and scurry up and collect the last owl.
