Neat trick to get huge amount of Elixirs of Giant Strength so that there is no need to invest into STR as an attribute ever again. This also works for any kind of repleneshable stock (potions of speed, healing potions, arrows...). Works with respec too so no need to go to Auntie Ethel directly at the start.

TRICK:

No need to rush Auntie Ethel because this method works with respec (respec and each level up stock is replenished). She does sell 3 Elixirs of Giant STR. Level up with one character after buying the elixirs to refresh Auntie's inventory. Buy and level up again with any character to refresh. Inventory also refreshes on long rest.

Put off finishing Hag quest until everything else in Act 1 has been cleared and makes sure to come back to Auntie after every lvl up.
