Alright! Quite a few players asked me, since the patch notes for new sharandar episode 2 included that bashin ordur treasurer quote now drops appropriate gear for every class, to check it out and i did.
Now this is nothing new it was there in ep1 of neverwinter sharandar, however i went with few friends to check out what he can drop.
Conclusion is in my opinion it`s not worth to camp this guy, as his respawn time, unless you force new instance in which case he will instantly spawn at the place i show you in the video, is 1 hour and i did spend some time waiting for him, Kret even went and followed him for good 40 45 minutes untill he despawn as he did not tried to interact with him. So, too long wait time for very low chance of getting something good.
However we did got some epic mounts including owlbear, most of the gear if not all was from avernus, like mighty storm slippers, so very weird loot table.
Since alot of players may end up seeing this npc walking like a snail make sure you got some thievery kits on you so you can rob him.
