Know thing that lostmauth vengeance or lostmauth set is benefiting as a double proc or double dipping as i call it if you have equiped 3 journal artifacts.
So it`s kind of a request video because my friend got ignored and after got some mickey mouse answer why actually DoT enchantments, like plague fire, flaming & Dread are not proccing neither, as is show in the video with plaguefire example.
With neverwinter mod 20 sharandar combat changes this may be of relevance so i`m raising this issue now, since it kind of fell on deaf ears so to say.
Anyways i provided ACT log showing overall dmg with both equiped decent, however the main issue is that it does not work with DoT enchantments.
If it`s a bug, fix it, if it`s not, explain it, i do not care.
