Huge patch notes have been posted for neverwinter pc and they are mostly about masterwork changes to items, sets, powers available on the Sharandar Masterwork sets have been modified also.
Healing ring has been adjusted or fixed and now provides critical strike and outgoing healing as ratings.
Drop rates on the following items have been improved: Displacer Beast's Whiskers, Shattered Snowflakes, Shard of Dawn's Light.
In addition Blessed Artifact Weapons can now once again be upgraded in Quality, for real this time.
